• Contact and enquiry data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company and the details you share about your project.
• Project data: briefs, references, product images, brand assets and feedback you send us.
• Face and likeness images: only if you or a person you represent gives them to us for a digital human or likeness-based project, and only with consent.
• Billing data: invoice details and payment confirmations. We do not store card numbers.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information and pages visited, if analytics are enabled.
• Communications: emails and messages with us.

Directly from you (email, WhatsApp, forms, calls, onboarding), from your team and from tools you use to send us files, and automatically through the website.

• To answer enquiries and prepare quotes (consent and steps before a contract).
• To deliver and bill the services you order (contract).
• To keep records and meet tax and legal duties (legal obligation).
• To improve our website and services, and keep them secure (legitimate interests).
• To send news and updates only if you opted in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To process face images of real people (explicit consent).

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the studio, under appropriate safeguards: website hosting, email and communication tools, cloud storage, AI generation and editing tools, accounting and payment tools, and professional advisers. We do not sell personal data.

We may disclose data where the law requires it or to protect legal rights.

We use third-party AI tools to produce work. We upload only what is needed, avoid sensitive personal data where we can and, where a tool allows it, choose settings that keep your material out of public model training. Face images of real people are used only with consent and only for the agreed project.

Our providers may process data outside Nigeria, including in the United States and Europe. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use safeguards required by law, such as contractual protections.

• Enquiry data: up to 2 years after our last contact.
• Project files: 12 months after delivery, then archived or deleted.
• Client records, contracts and invoices: up to 5 years, or as the law requires.
• Supplied face and likeness images: deleted on request after delivery, and in any case when project files are deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• give you access to your personal data
• correct inaccurate data
• delete your data
• restrict or object to our processing
• give you your data in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time

Contact hello@sliiqque.space. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or to the data protection authority where you live.

We use access controls, strong authentication, encryption in transit and reasonable organisational measures. No online system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires, including within the time limits in the NDPA where they apply.

This website uses only what it needs to work. For example, it remembers in your browser session that you confirmed you are 18 or older on age-gated pages. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires.

Our services and age-gated pages are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy and will post the new version with its effective date on this page.
